LeadCenter.AI External Forms are the forms that are created to integrate 3rd Party forms. To configure the external forms firstly you need to register your domain website with LeadCenter.AI to track browsing history and secondly register the form in your website in LeadCentre.AI by creating the external forms.
Registering a New Domain
To register a new domain, do the following:
On the LeadCenter.AI, go to Setup > Lead Capturing > Custom Domains
Click on the Register New Domain button
Enter the domain name and click on Register New Domain. Note: Domain name without HTTP or HTTPS prefix
The new domain will be registered and will be listed on the Custom Domain page.
To integrate the newly registered domain with LeadCentre.AI, click How to integrate? button.
Copy the Javascript code that is shown in the popup and on your website paste the code at the bottom of the page, just before the closing of the body tag. Javascript Code Example:
Log in to your website and include the copied code on all pages as a header. There are multiple ways to do this. See: How to easily add javascript to WordPress pages and posts. Once it is completed, your browsing history tracking should be started. For now, you can verify it by checking the browsing_history table manually.
To deactivate the new domain click on Deactivate button.
Registering an External Form(for your Website in LeadCenter.AI)
To register a new external form, do the following:
On the LeadCenter.AI, go to Setup > Lead Capturing > External Forms
Click on the Register New Form button
In Step 1, in the Basic Details section enter the following fields:
Title – Enter a name to identify your form in LeadCenter.AI
Custom Domain - Choose the domain registered Registering a New Domain section.
Form ID or CSS Selector - Enter the unique form ID or CSS selector to identify the form. Example for unique form ID:

In Step 2, in the Tracking section enter the following fields:

Enter the campaign source for example; google, newsletter etc.

Enter the marketing medium for example; CPC, banner, email etc.
Campaign Name
Enter a campaign name like the Product, promo code, or slogan (e.g. spring_sale).
Campaign Term
Enter a campaign term to identify the paid keywords.
Campaign Content
Enter campaign content to use for differentiating ads.
In Step 3, Review & Save section, review it and click Save Changes.
Your new form will be registered and will be displayed on the External Form page.
To integrate, click How to integrate? button

Managing an External Form
To manage external forms, do the following:
On the LeadCenter.AI, go to Setup > Lead Capturing > External Forms
To edit the external form,
Choose the external form to be edited and click on Edit
Edit the form and click Save Changes.
To map the external form,
Choose the external form to be edited and click on Mapping
Edit the mapping-related changes and click Save Changes.
To deactivate the external form, choose the external form to be edited and click on Deactivate
LeadCenter.AI comes with a list of inbuilt inline and modal forms which are mostly used to receive leads from custom forms. You can also add new forms from the Lead Capturing > Forms page, by clicking on the plus button.
Previewing a Form
To preview a form do the following:
On the LeadCenter.AI, go to Setup > Lead Capturing > Form Builder
Go to Actions and click on Preview
It will display a preview of the selected form.
Editing a form
To edit a form do the following:
On the LeadCenter.AI, go to Setup > Lead Capturing > Form Builder
On the LeadCenter.AI, go to Setup > Lead Capturing > Form Builder
Go to Actions and click on Mapping
You can map the selected form.
How to Embed a Form in an External Site
LeadCenter.AI consists of inline and modal forms, that have a script that can be embedded into an external site. For more details on inline and modal forms see Types of Forms.
To embed a script into an external form, do the following:
On the LeadCenter.AI, go to Setup > Lead Capturing > Form Builder
Based on the type of form, there are 2 ways to embed it with the external form.
For Inline Form
Click on the button Show as Inline Form to get the popup
The Show as Inline Form popup is displayed.
Copy the HTML code and go to your website and paste the code where you want your form to appear as inline. HTML Code Example:<div id="containerv5zp4goj3r026zldyx8ek1wm"></div>
Copy the Javascript code and go to your website and paste the code in the header of the page where you pasted the HTML code, just before the closing of the body Javascript Code Example:
For Modal Form
Click on the button Show as Inline Form to get the popup

LeadCenter.AI allows you to create your own customized Quotation Forms from the Forms page. For creating quotation forms from the pre-defined list of quotation forms see How to Create Quotation Forms.
The Build Your Form section allows you to edit, and delete the required fields for the forms. You can add pages, rows, and columns. You can customize each field by editing the basic details, validation rules, and sizing info. The fields in the Basic Details page and Validation Rules are displayed based on the selection of the Field Type.

Building Your Quotation Forms
To build your customized quotation form, do the following;
On the left navigation, click on Website Builder The Website Builder page is displayed.
On the left navigation, click on Forms The Forms page is displayed.
Click on Add New Form , to add a new quotation form. The Create a new form dialog box is displayed.
Choose "Choose a template from the list" and click . The Form Builder page is displayed. Step 1 Build Your Form section provides options to add, modify, and delete.
Follow the sub-steps below to edit the Build Your Form section.
Click on edit to edit the Page Details and click Done.
Click on to and choose the number of columns and click
In the Custom Field click on edit icon
Enter the field information details for Basic Details, Validation Rules, and Sizing Info.
Click Done, after the information, is entered. You have successfully build your own quotation form.
To delete any row click on .
You have successfully deleted a row.
LeadCenter.AI allows you to create an inline or modal pop-up form from the Forms page. The Forms page allows you to create your quotation forms, edit them, and also lets you have a preview of your quotation forms. The Form page displays the list of forms that are available for your website, where you can see the type, name, and integration.
On the left navigation, click on Website Builder The Website Builder page is displayed.
On the left navigation, click on Forms The Forms page is displayed.
Click on Add New Form to add a new quotation form. The Create a new form dialog box is displayed.
Select the required quotation form, from the list of pre-defined templates and click .
You can skip Step 1 Build Your Form, if you have already selected from the pre-defined template list. If you want to customize and build your own Quotation forms see Creating Customized Quotation Forms.
In Step 2 Basic Details section enter the details like name and the type of form you need.

In the Step 3 Actions section enter the details like what action is to be taken when this form is submitted.

This action will create a lead on the lead dashboard page. This action will always happen. This is a read-only field.
Choose Action
Choose the action from the drop-down list. Selected Action will show the relevant field to be filled with the required information.
Show Success Message: This option will show a success message after the quotation form is filled. >Title: Enter the title for the success message. > Description: Enter the description for the success message.
Redirect to a URL : This option will redirect to a URL. > URL : Enter the URL to which you want to direct the user.
Enter information to enable easy tracking of the leads submitted via this form.

Editing a Quotation Form
To edit a quotation form, do the following;
In LeadCenter.AI Store Manager > Website Builder > Forms page
Select the form to be edited and click on Actions > Edit
The Form Builder page is displayed.
Edit the field to be modified and click on to save the changes. You have successfully edited the quotation form.
Previewing the Quotation Form
To preview a quotation form, do the following;
In LeadCenter.AI Store Manager > Website Builder > Forms page
Select the form to be edited and click on Actions >Preview

LeadCenter.AI allows you to create forms online and efficiently manage your data. It comes with a default in-built set of forms which you can use according to your requirements or you can also easily build your own customized forms. There are two types of Quotation forms which is supported by LeadCenter.AI, which is Modal Form and Inline Form.
Modal Pop Up Form : A modal pop up form are used to show some kind of ads, additional information. It generally shows up when u click on certain button where you can get additional information.
